This Superior quality Heart with *Kiss Me* design Enamel Charm in opaque White color measures 23mm long (including 5mm loop) x 25mm wide. Enameling is the process where finely ground glass powder mixed with water, oil, and permanent pigment, fused to surface like metal or glass using a small propane torch. Our enamel charms made from lead/nickel free metal alloy and finished with permanent enamel paint.
