This Superior quality *Heart Padlock*-shaped Enamel Charm in opaque Blue color measures 22mm long (including 5mm loop) x 20mm wide. Enameling is the process where finely ground glass powder mixed with water, oil, and permanent pigment, fused to surface like metal or glass using a small propane torch. Our enamel charms made from lead/nickel free metal alloy and finished with permanent enamel paint.
