How-to open and close Jumpring
Hold the Jumpring with Chain Nose pliers on one side of the opening and hold the other opening with Round Nose pliers. You can use any type of pliers as long as they can properly hold the Jumpring. Open the Jumpring by gently puling one pair of pliers up towards you until the opening is large enough to insert your jewelry component. Do not pull the Jumpring open outwards as it will destroy the shape of Jumpring and you may end-up with oval shape rafter than round. It is important to open and close Jumpring sideways. To close Jumpring pull one pair of pliers away from you until the opening is closed.
