Making Pendant Centerpiece for Necklace

To make Pendant Centerpiece you will need:

3 pcs of Czech Pressed Drops 8×6, (top-drilled)
3 pcs of Pewter Rose Drop Charm
1 pc of Focal Rhodonite Carved Teardrop Pendant Bead
2 pcs of Caps
1 pc of Focal Rondelle Handmade Lamp Bead
About 25cm of 20Ga ACW

Step 1:

In this Step we will make “Cluster Part”.

1) Cut about 15 cm long 20Ga Wire.
2) Insert Czech Drops and Pewter Rose Drops as pictured.
3) Fold Wire in Half. One Half we will use to attach Focal Lamp Bead, the other Half we will use to make a decorative Coil.
4) Make few twists.

 

5) One end leave as it, the other end start fold down.
6) Start making Decorative Coil using Round Nose pliers. This Coil actually not really necessary, I just want to “cover” emptiness on one side of “Cluster Part”. Anyway it look nicer this way.
7) View of of Cluster’s other side.

Step 2:

1) Insert 20Ga Wire into Focal Rhodonite Pendant Bead.
2) On the Bottom of Pendant Bead using Round Nose Pliers make a loop and insert 1 pc of Pewter Rose Drop.
3) Place your Pliers at the end of loop as shown on the picture.

4) & 5) Make a Squiggle-like bend.

6) Move Focal Rhodonite Pendant Bead close to Squiggle-like bend. In the next Steps we will attach “Pendant Part” to “Cluster Part”.

Step 3:

Referring to picture below, divide Czech Drops and Pewter Drops on two parts and insert Wire from bottom to top direction. Bend the Wire and make few twists.

Start coiling the end of wire. Copper-based Wires bend and coil very well, so it is very easy to make coils.

Step: Adjust position of newly formed Coil the way you like, I placed mine in the meddle of Focal Pendant.

Step 4 :

Now we have Focal Rhodonite Pendant Bead attached on to Cluster Part.

1) Next insert Handmade Rondelle Lamp Bead onto Wire of Cluster Part. Leave about 3cm tail and the rest cut away.
2) Bend end of Wire 90º.
3) Using Round Nose Pliers start making loops by placing them very close next to each other. The diameter of Triple Loop as on the picture below is about 7mm. Depend on what diameter your Round Nose Pliers, you may want to make 6mm to 8mm Loop. Any of these diameters looks okay.

Pendant Ready and you can wear as it by simply attaching on to Cord or Ribbon or you can use it as a Center Piece for Necklace.
