These Cups has an Antique old look. They made by process called “Cast”, where metal (aluminum in our case) pore into cup molds and after dry, electroplated with other natural metals. Since aluminum is a considerably soft metal and electroplating require very high temperature heat, edges and pattern on finished items looks not as perfect as if was used Pewter metal for the base. And because centuries ago metal smiths didn’t has modern days technology either, old jewelry pieces has similar Antique old look as our cups.
